Appellant was convicted, upon a guilty plea, on four separate counts of aggravated robbery. V.T.C.A. Penal, ? 29.03(a)(2). Ne was sentenced to four concurrent terms of 20 years confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections. The Dallas Court of Appeals affirmed appellants conviction in an unpublished opinion. Payne v. State, Nos. 05-87-00226-CR, 05-87-00227-CR, 05-87-00228-CR, 05-87-00229-CR (Tex.App. -- Dallas, Aug. 26, 1988). We granted appellants petition for discretionary review in order to determine whether "the Court of Appeals erred in finding that the trial courts refusal to allow appellant to withdraw his pleas of guilty was harmless error." We will reverse the judgment of the Court of Appeals.
